2025 Concord Resolves

We the People of the free and independent counties of America recognize that the Constitutional Republic of these United States has been corrupted far too long and to prevent a corrective action of open rebellion do hereby choose to  implement the following Resolves for a ten-year period beginning April 1, 2025.  

First Resolve: Repeal the 16th and 17th Amendments to the  Constitution, terminate the Justice Dept and pass a Balanced Budget Amendment.  

Second Resolve: Pay no obedience or tax to the Federal  Government until it returns to honoring the 5th and 14th  Amendments of Due Process & Equal Protection under the law &  repeals all laws that violate the Constitution.  

Third Resolve: All Politicians found colluding with the Clinton,  Bush, Biden & Obama Regimes to violate the Constitution & commit  acts of corruption, will resign & forfeit all lands, title, & assets to be  sold with the proceeds applied to the national debt.  

Fourth Resolve: Reduce Federal taxes to 2% of earned income.  Reduce Interest rates to 2% of borrowed monies. Adjust interest on  school loans to 2%.  

Fifth Resolve: Boycott all products originating from China.  

Sixth Resolve: Defend the Counties as required by the 2nd Amendment by raising their own militias under the leadership of  the duly elected County Sheriff.
